Job Duties

• Rapid response to all emergency requests including power breakdown, flooding, water leakage, and systems failure, etc
• Monitor daily performance of all E&M hotel equipment and make appropriate adjustments
• Co-ordinate with other section heads in carrying out daily routine repair and maintenance
• Check and ensure works are completed with the required quality and timely manner
• To handle job orders and take charge of the operation team outside office hours

• Hold a valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)

Job Duties

• Assist to prepare monthly reports and follow up on all engineering documents
• Liaise with contractors or service providers on assigned works
• Provide administrative support to the engineering team

• Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in property management or hotel industry
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Duties:

• To provide IT support in technical issues, application troubleshooting, hardware maintenance for hotels
• Install, manage and monitor computer hardware, software, networking equipment, and business applications properly
• Liaise with vendors on problem escalation, troubleshooting, setup, and implementation on IT hardware & software
• Involve in systems implementation and projects upgrade
• Check and maintain inventory records of software and hardware

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• With working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience in technical and end-user support of Hotel systems will be an advantage
• Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010/2016
• Sound knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP/IP, Windows Server 2008/2012 and Exchange 2013/2016
• Knowledge in database management especially SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Job Duties

• Handle guests' check-in, check-out, reservations, and telephone inquiries
• Ensure guests’ satisfaction and present the best impression and experience to all hotel guests.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing arrival and departure lists

Job Duties

• Protect and safeguard all properties of the hotel, guests and employees
• Perform patrols to ensure that security and order are being maintained in the hotel premises
• Work closely with front desk team, provide general information and directions to hotel guests
• Provide assistance to arriving and departing guests and handle the luggage properly

• Diploma holder of HKDSEE or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience, preferably in hotel or service apartment
• Hold a valid Security Personnel Permit and relevant QAS certificate is a must

• Supervise a team of Housekeeping Attendant to provide cleaning services to the assigned rooms and areas
• Monitor the cleaning standard and release clean vacant rooms for sales
• Follow up on guest's requests and provide prompt services

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in hotel’s housekeeping department of which 1 year’s at supervisory level
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Attentive to details and well-organized

Job Duties

• As a core communication hub, attending to all incoming calls and inquiries, follow up with effective and seamless communications with all related parties
• Provide administrative support to the housekeeping team
