TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• In advance booking with minimum 21 consecutive nights stay is required.
• Hotel will arrange accommodation for guests who aged 16 or above. For guests between 16-18 years old, his/her parents or guardian has to sign and send back the “Consent form for unaccompanied person staying in Hotel” prior to guest arrival.
• Transportation will be arranged by HKSAR from Airport directly to Hotel. 
• Single Occupancy only (Child under 12 is allowed to share room with one adult, meals for child is not yet included / separate child meal charge at HK$250).
• Full room payment is required to be settled in advance for booking confirmation.
• A refundable security deposit at HK$ 1,500net is required to be settled in advance upon booking confirmation and will be refunded upon guest check out.
• All payments (other than the security deposit) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Guest is not allowed to step out of the room and no contact service during compulsory quarantine 21 nights stay.
• 21 days Meal pre-order for the entire period is required before arrival. Otherwise, meal selection will be decided by hotel without any changes.
• If the guest check in after 18:00 hours (HK local time) on the first day of arrival which is after the last meal serving time at 18:00 hours (HK local time); snack food will be provided instead.
• Flight and arrival details are required to be confirmed upon booking confirmation.
• Health Certificates which are issued by home country and the Department of Health Hong Kong are required to present upon arrival.
• Guests with confirmed booking but without the required Health Certificate(s) will not be allowed to check in at hotel, and the payments made for room charge will not be refunded.
