Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the incumbent will have a dual role to oversee the maintenance plans and renovation projects of the hotel group and will be assigned to be the Engineering Department Head at one of our hotels in Hong Kong.

• Degree or Diploma holder in Building Services or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience, preferably with at least 5 years work experience in similar capacity with size-able hotel operation
• Exposure and experience at Corporate or regional level a definite asset
• Possess relevant engineering operation licences would be an advantage
• All rounded skills and knowledge in building maintenance, M&E equipment and system
• Establish functional policies and procedures and standards for the hotel group
• Formulate preventive maintenance schedule and logistics to accomplish the targets

• Ensure the timely credit collections of all outstanding payments
• Follow up on all overdue accounts and send to debt collectors, as required
• Ensure that all credit applications properly documented approved by the management and are based on hotel’s policy and procedure
• Perform an audit trail for all debtors account to ensure that proper documentation is in place and charges are accurate
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
