Guests and travel agents can complete the entire booking process, from browsing hotel rooms to receiving instant booking confirmation within minutes by accessing the Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts WeChat Mini Program on their mobile phones. The trend of using mobile devices to make travel arrangements is now a common practice. The WeChat Mini Program truly exemplifies the convenience of "easy booking with just a smartphone." Harbor Plaza Hotels & Resorts is honored to receive the inaugural Platinum Level Award from the Cyber Security Staff Awareness Recognition Program. The awards ceremony was held at Cyberport on November 27, 2024.

This program, co-organized by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation (HKIRC) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Hong Kong Chapter, recognizes companies for their commitment to enhancing staffs' cyber security awareness over the past year. Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts has fully complied with the program’s requirements which are fundamental elements of current cyber security topics. These are: provision of regular cyber security training, phishing testing exercises, implementation of relevant policies and guidelines as well as on-going reporting channel and communication messages to staff.


In an era where cyber threats are increasingly sophisticated, internal risks are often overlooked. Vulnerabilities in cyber-attack caused by staffs, due to a lack of security knowledge, can significantly impact an organization’s operation and the customer’s personal data. 2023.11.01 Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts inducted into Travel Hall of Fame in Asia-Pacific Region

Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts received the TTG Travel Hall of Fame Award on September 28 in Bangkok Thailand at the 32nd TTG Annual Travel Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner. The TTG Travel Hall of Fame was inaugurated in 2002 to recognize the region’s most exceptional travel and tourism organisations for being the unsurpassed leader in its field and achieving the coveted status of utmost excellence. The hotel group has an impressive record of winning the best local hotel chain award for 10 consecutive years.

This year, the Harbour Plaza Hotels group opened the Harbour Plaza Metropolitan Shanghai and Metropolitan Residence Shanghai, adding 1,144 rooms to its portfolio, with a total of 9,728 rooms. Both properties are conveniently located in the Putuo district of Shanghai close to the Zhenru subway station, and only five stops away from the popular Xintiandi area. In Hong Kong, the Harbour Plaza Metropolis hotel has completed its renovation program in which the rooms are revitalized with a completely new contemporary look. Some of the rooms have panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. With the opening of the new Shatin to Central MTR line, the hotel is now well-suited for convention and exhibition customers as it is only one stop from the adjacent Hunghom station to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai.

2022.02.09 Harbour Plaza Hotel Management Limited reports cybersecurity incident

Harbour Plaza Hotel Management Limited (“Harbour Plaza”) recently suffered a cybersecurity incident involving some of its hotels’ accommodation reservation databases. Upon learning of the incident, the company immediately engaged a team of third-party forensic experts to investigate and contain the incident and to further secure its systems.

 

Harbour Plaza has identified approximately 1.2 million individuals whom it intends to contact to provide information on how their personal data may be affected. Investigation is still ongoing. Harbour Plaza has established a dedicated website (https://info.harbour-plaza.com) and call center (+852 3908 0740) to handle guest enquiries. 

 

The incident has been reported to the Hong Kong Police and other relevant authorities. Harbour Plaza considers the protection of its customer data a very important part of its service promise. It denounces the action of the perpetrators and will continue to cooperate with the relevant authorities.

COVID-19の予約とキャンセルのアップデート*について

 

今後の到着日の予約を既に行っている場合は、返金可能又は返金不可の料金かに関係なく、2022年3月31日までに行われた修正またはキャンセルは、到着の24時間前まで違約金はかかりません。既存の予約の変更は、空室状況と料金の違いによって状況が異なり、必ずしも予約を保証できるものではありません。また宿泊料金も変わる事をご了承ください。

 

今後、新規の宿泊予約をする場合、返金可能又は返金不可の料金かに関係なく、予約の変更、または取消を2022年3月31日までに行う場合に限り、到着の 24時間以上前までであれば、違約金ペナルティ無しで受け付けます。ただし、予約変更の場合、空室状況によって状況が異なり必ずしも予約を保証できるものではありません。また宿泊料金も変わる事をご了承ください。

  • 客室を訪問するビジターの皆様には、チェックインデスクにて必ず事前記帳をお願いしています。
  • 少しでも疑わしい症状のあるお客様には、ホテルへチェックインする前にお近くの病院でメディカルチェックを受けるようお願いします。従っていただけない場合は、ホテルのご利用をお断りします。
  • すべてのお客様とビジターの方には、シャトルバスと館内のパブリックエリアでは常にサージカルマスクの着用をお願いしています。
