"Taste of Europe" Dinner Buffet

Harbour Grand Café proudly presents the “Taste of Europe” dinner buffet with a generous spread of European cuisines. Highlighted dishes include Lobster Endive Salad, Foie Gras Mousse on Toasted Brioche with Caramelized Orange, Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Beetroot, Meat Skewer, Pork Knuckle and more. Extensive selection of other delicacies including appetizers and salads from all around the world are also available on our 80-feet long buffet stations.

Seafood fans will be glad to hear the good news that freshly shucked oysters, crab legs, scallops, 7 inches long Argentina prawn, 5 types of sashimi and a selection of sushi are served here. A steaming bowl of ramen soup is a comforting Japanese classic. Nagomi brings to you a rich, creamy, heavy pork-bone chicken broth with fresh chewy bouncy noodles that will leave your lips sticky and your belly happy. Take your pick on either spicy or original flavour broth-based. Ramen set including appetizer & dessert. You can pick either Deep Fried Chicken Cutlet or selected Sushi and choose between seasonal fruits or ice-cream.
