It’s the season for Hairy Crabs! Kwan Cheuk Heen is launching a delectable hairy crab set menu from 2 October to 15 December 2023. The menu features a variety of hairy crab delights allowing you to enjoy the creamy, umami flavours from the hairy crab. Menu highlights Steamed Jiangsu Hairy Crab (5-tael), Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Butter, Steamed Pork Dumplings with Crab Butter, Braised 8-head Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Crispy Wagyu Beef Cheek and Braised E-fu Noodles with Crab Meat. Finish off the meal with Black Sesame Dumplings in Ginger Sweet Soup to help warm and counteract the cooling effects of hairy crab. Hairy Crab Set Menu priced at HK$798 per person.
