Our award-winning Chinese restaurant Kwan Cheuk Heen has prepared a series of auspicious Chinese festive dishes for you to celebrate a prosperous year ahead from 28 January 2022. The dishes and ingredients served over Chinese New Year are meant to bring wealth, health and happiness in the coming year. We highly recommend Sautéed Broccoli and Shrimp with Fresh Crab Meat and Crab Butter, Sautéed Prawn with Tomato Sauce as well as Pan-fried Cod with Chive and Soya Sauce.
