Indulge in a sumptuous festive feast featuring Roasted Stuffed Turkey, log cakes, and a wide array of cold seafood including freshly shucked Oysters, Boston Lobster^, Crab Legs, Roasted Prime Ribs^, Grilled Lamb Rack^, Pan-fried Sea Bass with Foie Gras, Pan-fried Duck Liver with Brioche Toasts^, Scallop Sashimi^, 7-inches Argentina Prawn^, Roasted Peking Duck^, Braised Fish Maw with Duck Feet in Oyster Sauce, Wok-fried Waygu Beef with Sliced Garlic, Meat Skewers and over 20 delectable Christmas desserts are ready on our 80-feet-long buffet station. Last but not least, a whole Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi cutting show^ will be performed during the dinner buffet.
