Welcoming the New Year with the traditional Poon Choi full of delicacies, stay with your loved ones at the magnificent Hotel Alexandra, and enjoy the sumptuous Poon Choi in the elegantly decorated room which make the holidays warmer and sweeter!

The Poon Choi comprises braised pork knuckle, abalone, fish maw, dried oysters, goose webs, tiger prawns, pan-fried scallops, pouched chicken, roasted pork belly are placed at the top, while dried mushrooms, bamboo fungus, bean curd sheets, white radish, lotus roots, bean curd puffs and cabbage are placed at the bottom to absorb the luscious stew flavor and meat juices.

Topping off the New Year holiday, a special supplement at 𝐇𝐊$𝟐𝟔𝟖 for Turnip Cake with Conpoy, Sakura Shrimp, Preserved Sausage and Pork is also offered to guests who enjoy the traditional Chinese dish.
