• Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if any)
• Advance reservation is required and subject to availability
• A supplement charge may apply during trade fair and special event periods

• Check in time from 15:00 and check out time at 12:00
• All guests are required to present their passports / HKID upon check in
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card
• Cancellation or amendment must be made 48 hours (hotel local time) prior to arrival to avoid first night room charge plus 10% service charge as penalty
• In case of any dispute, Hotel Alexandra reserves the right on the final decision
