The Promenade presents a series of special dishes made with precious ingredients and a dazzling array of seafood and wagyu delicacies starting from March, including Braised Abalone with Teriyaki Sauce, Stir-Fried Fresh Lobster with Ginger and Scallion, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wine Sauce, Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue in Teriyaki Sauce, Braised Fish Maw, Pan-fried Duck Liver, Slow-roasted Prime Beef with Bone, Assorted Cold Seafood and Premium Sashimi. Guests can also enjoy various delicate desserts, like Durian Cake, Mango Napoleon and Mövenpick Ice-cream for an end of this feast!
