Once the booking is confirmed, guests could only amend their period of stay at least 14 days prior to arrival, while other amendments such as name change will not be allowed.
In case of no show or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the first night room rate will be charged as cancellation penalty.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Room rate is subject to 10% service charge per suite per night.
