According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, "Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free, but can be provided upon request at a charge. The booking must be made via hotel website.
The rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (currently at 0%).
Booking made cannot be changed including guest name.
Please present the same credit card used to book upon check-in.
If MoneyBack member is using third party’s credit card to book, kindly contact the hotel in advance for payment arrangement prior to check-in.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
MoneyBack membership number is required to input while booking is made.
MoneyBack membership card is required to presentat hotel’s front desk upon check-in.
MoneyBack members can earn one point or double points per one HK dollar spent in weekend or weekday stay respectively (exclusive of the 10% service charge & other consumption spent during the stay).
Retroactive claim of MoneyBack points after check-out is not allowed.
