• HK$500 redemption offer applies to hotel’s staycation package for any overnight stay of up to 2 nights with a minimum nett value of HK$500 (including 10% service charge). The offer staying period is from May 24, 2022 to July 19, 2022 (Last check-in date on July 17, 2022).
• HK$500 redemption offer is only eligible for Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. The booking guest is required to fulfill the requirements of Vaccine Pass Direction before check-in.
• Booking must be made in advance via hotels’ websites, other booking methods will not be accepted. Please enter “HKStay” in the text box of “Please note your requests or special needs” to complete your booking.
• Guest is required to email your booking confirmation number with your name (same as Hong Kong ID card), and a copy of your machine-printed receipt(s) from physical retails or dining outlets in Hong Kong during the promotion period (up to 2 receipts with a minimum value of HK$800) to [email protected] within 12 hours after booking is made.
• HK$500 redemption offer is available on a first come, first served basis subject to availability according to the time when the hotel receives the booking request and receipt(s). A successful booking submission does not mean that the hotel has confirmed your booking.
• Confirmation of this booking will be sent subject to the successful verification of the eligible receipts received and the quota availability for this activity. The hotel will inform you whether your booking is successful within 48 hours upon receiving your receipt(s).  HK$500 redemption offer is only valid upon receipt of a final confirmation email from the hotel. If you do not hear from the hotel after 48 hours, please contact Reservations Department at [email protected] to check your booking status.
• Guest is required to present a valid Hong Kong ID card and submit the original copy of the receipt(s) with credit card payment slip (if applicable) upon check-in at the hotel’s front desk. A valid machine-printed receipt(s) must clearly specify the merchant’s name, item(s) purchased, date and purchase amount. No re-printed or copied receipts are acceptable. Otherwise, you may be charged the original price.

• Please provide your credit card details upon making a reservation for payment guarantee purpose. Please present the same credit card used to pay your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
• Discounted offer is only valid once per booking.
• No cancellation or amendment is allowed.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (currently at 0%).
• Dining credits can only be consumed at Café D. Advance table reservations are required and confirmation is subject to availability. For table reservations, please contact Café D via [email protected].
• Dining credit is non-accumulative on a daily basis. Any unused credit will not be carried forward to the next staying night. Dining credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
• Compulsory registration, temperature check and health declaration is required for all in-room guests and visitors upon arrival to the Hotel. Each room can accommodate maximum 3 guests (4 guests for QUAD Suite) for accommodation purpose only. Gathering in guestrooms is strictly prohibited. All guests are advised to avoid gatherings and to share the room with others not from the same household. All guests are advised to maintain social distancing at all times.
