Henry G Leong Yaumatei Community Centre

The Community Testing Centres are operated by personnel arranged by the contractors to carry out specimen collection and necessary work. Citizens may use the 24-hour appointment booking system to make a booking.

Payment

• Full room payment must be settled upon reservations and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable

Cancellation Policy

• All confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled / amended / transferred, and full payment for the whole stay period is required.
• Failure to arrive hotel due to tested positive of COVID-19 (14 nights prior to the arrival date) in Hong Kong, one-night cancellation charge will be applied upon receipt of valid document

Terms and conditions

• Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and hotel’s availability
• Housekeeping and laundry services are not available during the Medical Surveillance period
• Guests are not allowed to enter hotel restaurants and bars, plus other high-risks permises defined by the HKSAR Government
• Guests are welcome to order room service or takeaway from the hotel’s restaurants and bars
• Should the guest tested positive of COVID-19 during the stay, room disinfection fee at HK$800 will be charged
• All room rates and privileges are subject to change without prior notice
• Should there be any disputes arise, The Kowloon Hotel reserves the right of final decision
