The Window Café - Indulge in a sumptuous buffet during Mother’s Day
The crowd’s favourites – Freshly Shucked Oysters, Seafood on Ice, delectable selections of umami-rich Sashimi and Carving stations items continue to pile up guests’ palate. For dinner, there are limited-time dishes featuring wagyu beef and seafood, such as Teppanyaki Diced Wagyu Beef with Spring Onion, Wagyu Beef Tartare with Truffle, Waygu Beef Slices with Vegetable in Dashi Stock, and Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi with Yuzu. Our pastry chef has also prepared a special Mother's Day dessert for each mother – Double-boiled Young Coconut with Bird’s Nest and 3.6 Milk. Pamper your mum with the glittering treats!
The Window Café's buffet lunch will be served in two sessions on May 13th and 14th, from 11:00am to 1:15pm and 1:45pm to 4:00pm respectively. Dinner is served from 6:00pm to 9:30pm.

| The set menu features Double-boiled Fish Maw and Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Shark Fin in Supreme Soup, Garoupa in Two Ways – Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Yunnan Ham and Black Mushrooms, and Baked Garoupa Belly and Head with Black Peppers, as well as the signature Smoked Crispy Loong Kong Chicken with Great Red Robe Tea Leaves. The set is available for 4 – 6 persons. | Start with the sincere wishes from the appetizer "Five generations under the same roof" (Marinated Pork in Dark Vinegar, Salt-grilled Scallops, etc.) and the signature dish Roasted Suckling Pig with Fresh Mango Slices, followed by Thick Shark Fin Soup with Supreme Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Angel Hair with Braised Boston Lobster and Cheese.
