Outside Delivery Arrangement:
Family and friends may deliver food or personal items to you as well as outside food orderings (at guest's own expense). Please drop off the items at Delivery Drop Off counter outside the hotel entrance and our hotel staff will assist to send the items to the door of the guest room. Service is available 24 hours daily and no service charge will be applied.

Terms and conditions

Room rates are inclusive of 3 meals daily and 10% service charge per room per night.
A minimum of 21 consecutive nights is required.
No refund will be honored for early departure.
Hotel is one of the Designated Quarantine Hotels and only quarantine guests from all countries are accepted except passengers from China, Macau and Taiwan.
Transportation will be arranged by Hong Kong SAR Government from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) directly to Designated Hotels.
A security deposit of HK$1,000 for incidental charges is required upon check-in.
Guest(s) are not allowed to leave the guestroom during the quarantine stay.
No visitors are allowed to access the guestrooms.
Should there be any disputes arise, The Kowloon Hotel reserves the right of final decision.

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled/ amended, and full payment for the whole stay period is required.
Cancellation will be allowed when associated with a confirmed case of COVID-19 prior to arrival and valid proof of documentation is required.
For the bookings impacted by flight cancelled with the proof of valid supporting documentation, the non-refundable payment can be held in credit within 3 months from the original booking date.
In the case that government changes the number of nights required for quarantine stay, and if that falls less than the number of nights you have booked, refund of the extra nights will be offered.
For room reservations made beyond 21 April 2021, it will be subject to the contract renewal between the Government and the Hotel which will end on 20 April 2021. As such, you will be notified by our Reservation Department closer to the date to confirm the stay.

Children Under 18 Years Old

Minor aged 16 to 18 years old can be accompanied or unaccompanied by an adult for quarantine. If unaccompanied, the adult should sign the “Consent form for unaccompanied person staying in Designated Hotel”. The adult should also physically show up to complete the registration and checkout procedure with the minor.
For minor aged below 16 years old, it is required by the Department of Health to be accompanied by an adult for quarantine. The adult is required to sign the “Undertaking form for accompany person” and complete the whole quarantine period with the accompanied minor in the same room.
If the minor is to be accompanied by an adult during his/her stay, he/ she need to apply for conditional approval from the Department of Health y email to [email protected], before the arrival of the guests. The quarantine guests should bring a copy of such approval for the trip.
The accompanying person, after showing the approval obtained from the Department of Health and then signing the “Undertaking form for accompany person”, would join the guest at the designated quarantine hotel or Holding Centre for Test Result.
The hotel should return the form to the Department of Health by email to [email protected], failing which the quarantine guests may have to be relocated (e.g. if the guest is a child under 16 and if the hotel policy is that children under 16 must be accompanied by adult) to other hotels or to the quarantine centres.
