•  Participate and coordinate in servicing conference, meeting, catering and activities, ensure all servicing details are carried out according to instruction.

• Prepare detailed requirements a week before each event on the Event Orders.

• Respond to all walk in and telephone inquiries regarding Catering space

Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• With minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry
• Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
