The Sashimi and Seafood Platter showcases produce such as Irish and US Oysters, Hokkaido Scallop, Red Prawn, Norway Salmon, Hamachi Sashimi, and Drunken Chicken – HuaDiao Braised Chicken. The selection of steamed dishes provides our guests with a healthy and delightful taste of sweet Asian cuisine.
Steamed Set Dinner - Premium steals the spotlight, featuring the irresistible Prime US Angus Beef Short Rib and the iconic Barbecued Spanish Iberico Pork, as well as the luxurious Half Portion of Boston Lobster added to the array of Steamed Seafood. Both Set Dinners come with a choice of Korean Ginseng Seafood Congee or Taiwanese Seafood Congee, whereas Steamed Set Dinner - Premium have the additional Japanese Inaniwa Udon Noodle with Seafood Broth or Oyster & Minced Pork Congee, capturing the essence of steamed cuisine infused into the slow-boiled congee with an insatiable umami taste. The culinary team has also prepared 12 sauces such as the Loong Yat Heen XO Sauce, Homemade Crab Vinegar and Sichuan Spicy Sauce to pair with each dish.
