Executive Chef Man Poon has prepared a series of special dishes featuring Wagyu and Oysters, including appetizing Oyster Shooter in Vodka Lime and Oyster & White Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce, the flavorful Baked US Oyster with Bacon, Garlic & Salmon Roe, and Japanese must-try item Crispy Fried Oysters. There are also various regional oyster dishes like Chiu Chow Oyster Congee and Taiwanese Fried Oyster Cake.
For Wagyu lovers, we have the signature Stewed Wagyu Beef Cheek, as well as popular dishes like Teriyaki Garlic Wagyu Cubes, Japanese Wagyu Beef Soup, and Wagyu Beef Californian Roll.
Other exciting dishes include the Seafood Cioppino, featuring luxurious seafood like lobster, shrimp, clams, and squid, served with a tasty American sauce. The buffet line is also filled with a fabulous selection of Sashimi and Seafood on Ice! Popular items include 7 inches Argentinian Red Shrimp Sashimi, Swordfish Belly Sashimi, Snow Crab Legs, Blue Mussels, Shrimps and most importantly the Freshly Shucked Oysters.
