According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, "Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free, but can be provided upon request at a charge. Unconsumed red wine cannot be exchanged for cash
Rate is subject to 10% service charge per room per night
Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability
Full prepayment is required for entire stay at time of reservation and will be debited to the credit card provided. The amount is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or amendment
Please present the same credit card used to pay your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment via third party’s credit card, kindly contact the hotel in advance for payment arrangement
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers
In case of any dispute, Harbour Plaza Metropolis reserves the right of final decision
