Chef highlights include: Baked Crab meat and Fish Maw with Coconut Cream Stuffed Crab Shell, Roasted Scallop with Truffle Mash Potato in Crabs Meat Cream Sauce, Stir-fried Brown Crab with Thai Green Peppercorns, etc.
