According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, "Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free, but can be provided upon request at a charge. Please present the same credit card used to pay your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment via third party’s credit card, kindly contact the hotel in advance for payment arrangement
No amendment is allowed once booking is made and confirmed
Additional supplement of HK$550 nett per room will be applied for the purpose of group events or parties
