Monthly rental rate from HK$12,900 for rooms on designated floors, studio equipped with cooking and dining utensils, microwave oven, double hotplate and refrigerator from HK$14,900, applicable to guest check-in on or before June 30, 2025 only with below privileges:
(1) Weight laundry for 6lbs at $57.60 only in May - July, 2025 (offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, special promotion and voucher)
(2) Special monthly parking rate (subject to availability)
