This summer, Promenade Restaurant is launching a special theme of the “Summer Night Market” Dinner Buffet. An array of night market seafood is available, such as Wok-fried Brown Crab in Curry Sauce, Braised Babylon Shell in Spice Chinese Wine, Wok-fried Mantis Shrimp in Chili and Garlic Salt, Deep-fried Shrimp with Salty Egg Yolk Crust, Steamed Scallop with Twins Garlic, etc.

Furthermore, our Chef also presents a fruit-inspired buffet showcasing an array of fresh and seasonal fruity delicacies to keep you cool and energized all summer long. Chef recommendations include Cantaloupe Gazpacho, Braised Beef Short Ribs with California Grapes, Roasted Pork Short Ribs with Strawberry Sauce, and Roasted Spring Chicken with Orange, Cumin and Pepper, etc. What’s more? The pastry chefs handcraft a lavish selection of seasonal fruit desserts to indulge your sweet tooth. Must-try treats include Passion fruit Guava Panna Cotta, Passion fruit Pineapple Tart, Mango Pomelo Cream Cake.
